Name of Products

There are 3 parts in the name of Joomla Extension Products:
- Prefix: SJ
- Component of Joomla: Content/K2/Virtuemart/Zoo/Sobi2
- Main name
For example: SJ Content Slideshow, SJ Portfolio with K2...
2. Joomla Template Products:
There are 3 parts in the name of Joomla Template Products:
- Prefix: SJ
- Main name
- Suffix: Template
For example: SJ Business Template, SJ Travel Template
3. Magento Extension Products:
There are 2 parts in the name of Magento Extension Products:

- With Membership, you can download packages according to your time you purchase
Compatibility and Updates
For the purposes of products update, developers of SmartAddons make all the efforts to create elements for the latest version of the extensions that goes with these extentions. Without prejudice to all the aforementioned, we shall bear no liability for product incompatibility with any of the future versions.
1. SmartAddons provides a free-of charge technical support for purchased extensions by the use of a ticketing system. In general, this support is not available for products that are free of charge.
2. For the installation of the extensions, SmartAddons asks buyers to refer to the installation instructions given in the extensions documentation. In particular, refer to the hardware and extensions environment that is required at the buyer's end.
3. In the case of extensions defects that do not result from any fault of the buyer's and which have not been reasonably apparent during checking of the system requirements and testing before the purchase even under compliance with the required diligence, support will be free of charge.
NOTE: Before you buy and check out our products (single products or subscriptions) please make sure with yourself that you know about what you are purchasing, at least our demo and features for single product or conditions for subscription.
- product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our Technical Support Department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer's false expectations or wishes are not honored.
- major defects: although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such issues must be submitted for our Technical Support Department. We keep the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours (exclude Sartuday and Sunday). Please note that our technicians can request temporary access to your server in order to identify and fix the possible issues with our Products. Failure to provide such access in a timely manner may result in a delayed resolution of the issue. Refusal to provide access to your sever will result in your inability to qualify for a refund.
- Buying subscription (for membership of clubs): Within 7 days from the subscription is completed
- Refund 100%: Without downloaded Product
- Refund 50%: With 1 downloaded Product
- No-refund: With > 2 downloaded Products
- Refund is not applicable on membership renewals
SmartAddons reserves the right to refuse refunds if any efforts of refund policy abuse are detected. It has been observed that some of the users are rampantly downloading all products and then asking for refund and again re-signup when new products are launched and then again ask for refund.
Single Product Licenses
- Persional: Product can be used on unlimited domains, but support is on one domain.
- Business: Product can be used on unlimited domains and support is on five domains.
- Developer: Product can be used on unlimited domains and support is on unlimited domains
